Crashing Error on Saving

Hello,
I am experiencing a major issue with my excel no longer saving. My file is running my business and this is a series issue for me i do not know what to do?
I am still a beginner but i tried clearing temp files already on computer with %temp% in cmd. I also tried removing some checkmarks from boxes in trusted center.

Please help i am so lost.

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
It sounds like your file has become corrupted.

Your best bet would be to restore a copy of the file from a recent backup that occurred before the corruption issue.
Hopefully, you won't lose too much data changes that you have made from the time of the backup to now.

Last resort would be to hire someone who specializes in trying to save/fix corrupted Excel files.
You can look online to find services that do that.
