Create a formula that multiplies a single cell twice using 2 denominators, then concatenating the result as a range.

Hi there am trying to write a single formula to capture the following;

I can happily write the formula as separate criteria into their own cells but am not sure what the syntax is to create a single formula in one cell referencing D4 and then the results of the 2 calculations being concatenated together to provide the end result require for the range value.

D16 = 22

D16*4=88
D16*12=264
Range = 88-264

Anyway hope this makes sense - maybe there is a better title for this question too.
