Hello,

I want to create an automated overtime list that will rotate the persons name to the bottom of the list based on the new date added to the sheet, while being able to maintain the last previous dates of overtime. I have tried to follow a roster rotation video with no luck. The reason why I want to do this is because myself and multiple people currently write this information into a book and sometimes the hand writing is not readable. How the overtime works at my job is based on the date that you have worked you go to the bottom of the list and if you and someone else worked the same day based on the previous date of overtime worked it will decide if you are at the bottom of the list or before the last person.

Excel Facts

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
You basically want to sort the list after an overtime entry has been made. But what exactly is the sort criteria? It will be useful to show a 'before' and 'after' screenshot. Also when more columns have been filled out (one person with 3 x overtime another with only one etc)
