Create code for button

Hi there

I need to create a button, called "Submeter", which will be in a sheet called "Comp.proc.norm.NLT 107 98 ". I need to come up with a code for that button that does the following things:
*Creates a PDF of the worksheet and saves it in a selected location, for now it could be a folder called "Amostras Solos".
*Erases the values of cells in the ranges 7D:7H; 8D:8H; 9D:9H; 11D:11H; 13D:13H; 14D:14H; 15D; 15H; 16D:16H.



I could REALLY use some help with this!!!
