Create List base on cell

Hye mate...i have question about drop list base on cell.

I just want you to help me how to make auto list at E2...E3...F2...F3 base on Team at D2...D3....and the list is at H2-H4

If i change D2 from Team B to Team C...then at E2 or F2 the list also will change to J2-J4...

please help me if you understand
