Create multiple charts at once - based on a data change in one of the axis

Hello, please see the attached image (it's worth 1000 words!). I am hoping that there is a way that excel can automatically create individual charts based on the changing of data in one of the axes. On one axis, I have the name/s of firms, and on the other, I have the ages of their members. I am hoping to create charts for the members's ages at each respective firm. Thanks in advance for all of your help!
