Creating Pivot Table Fields using PowerPivot.

I want to create a template for a Power Query/PowerPivot Power Query file to create a comparison between price sheets that I "Get Data" from in a Folder. The price sheets have 70,000 lines. I am stuck at the point where I am trying to create a New Measure/filter that looks at the Price Sheet Date, the Item and the Price and creates a Pivot Table Field I can then do some comparison calculations against. Can anyone help me with the formula? Thanks.
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
