Cross Check Two Queries and find null or empty

hi all.

i have two queries in one query i got from table those id numbers who have off in different dates in second query i want to get who dont have off even single.

i am trying with where clause is empty or null but its showing nothig
i know there are empty record and id number who dont have off
but query result is showing nothing.

I don't understand what "who have off" means (I have a feeling something is lost is translation here).

Perhaps it will make more sense if you describe an actual example of what you have and what you are trying to do.
