CTRL, Shift & End Macro question

Trying to emulate the CTRL, Shift & End keystroke as a macro but can't quite get the code right.

I am using the following

Range("B3").End(xlDown).Select

However this doesn't select all the cells within the column from B3.

Anyone help?
