HI I know there are comments close to this but they dont quite have text before and after the input value

I have 2 excel 365 sheets
sheet 1 = input
sheet 2 = report

In the report sheet i am trying to pull data from the input sheet E34 and show it in the report sheet, still in a currency format with text before / after it

current formula is =CONCATENATE("You will get a payout of £",Input!E34&" "," each month.")

with InputE34! being the amount of money still, in the £x,xxx format

but it is pulling it through as £1115 when what i want to see / looks better is £1,115

suggestions appreciated

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Hi Daveyf,

Try
=CONCATENATE("You will get a payout of "&TEXT(INPUT!E34,"£###,###")&" "," each month.")
