Custom excell format for coordinates (for example: 019E07 33 ; 47N28 07)

Hello!
I am looking for a custom cell format, that turns the following coordinate format:

19.1258333333333° ; 47.4686111111111° [Long - Lat -WGS 84-]

Into this format:

019E07 33 ; 47N28 07

I was going to learn, how to create custom cell formats, but did not find relevant data on this subject.
I am going to use it on different excell documents, so I need it to be an easy to access, easy on use tool.

I am a newbie to this "advanced" use of excell, but I'm willing to learn it, please don't be harsh on me!

What you have in that first cell is a string, not two numbers.
It would be best if you were to split that cell into 3 using TextToColumns.
First on a ; delimiter, then the right column of that result on a space delimiter.
Then you would need to clean up that data by removing the ° from those cells
Once your data is clean, you can refer to the components for downstream calculation and apply number formatting that works.
