Hi there,

I have a basic question that I'm sure has been answered before. I tried finding the answer using the search feature, but perhaps was not using the best keywords.

I want to create a report with a specific design based on data in a Pivot Table.

In my table, I have for instance

Week
Project Data Qtr1
Project A Sum of Spent 400
Sum of Hrs 20
Sum of OT 0
Sum of Hrs $ 400
Sum of OT $ 0
Sum of Open to Spend 3600

What I'd like my report to look:

Project Spent Hrs OT Hrs $ OT $ Open to Spend
Project A 400 20 0 400 0 3600

Is there an easy way to do this?

Thanks for your help.
