I have created worksheet templates that I want to insert, into a workbook, quickly and with few steps. So I was hoping I could create a button on the toolbar that will open the folder that these worksheets are stored within. Then allow me to select the template I want and insert it into the workbook.

Any ideas?

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.

Not sure about selecting the templates, but to simply open a folder use:

Code:
RetVal = Shell("explorer.exe " & strNewDir, vbNormalFocus)

If by open a folder you mean a file dialog box, that's a different story.
