Dashboard Excel

I need to know how to create a dashboard that shows the net profit percentage, net profit and revenue for each selected division per selected month I also need to show if the variance with the budget is over or under the budget. The dataset I have only gives the actual profit and revenue and budgeted profit and revenue and then the budgeted net profit percentage per division.

If you can direct me to resources that teaches how to do this that will be really helpful.
