Data carry over

Hello,

I want to create an excel spreadsheet to store and carry data to the next day how would I go about that? For example, the data is as follows:
Day One
Name - Candy Sold - Comments
John - 25 - Birthday Party
Stacey - 13 - Sweet 16
Ed - 15 - Wedding

The next day i want to leave the title cells and name cells alone but cut and paste the data into sheet2 instead a column and store the data there and so on for the next 30 days till the end of the month any suggestions?
