what i need and its probably really simple, think im just

confusing my self.

I would like the cells in column h to show a value of 1 if data has been
entered in the cells on that row

Thanks

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Try in H1

=IF(COUNTA(B1:G1)>0,1,"")

or

=IF(COUNTA(B1:G1)=6,1,"")

depending whether any entry is to be flagged with a 1 or all cells must be filled.
