Some years ago I came across a shareware program that was a database for code snippets & allowed you to store, cross reference & i think build procedures/modules by searching the DB & selecting appropriate code.

Does anyone know of this & what it was called or something similar?

Cheers

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
No, but it looks interesting.

FMS sells a product that lets you do similar stuff. Designed for Access, but no reason it couldn't be used for Excel as well.

I haven't used a library so far -- I tend to combine related code into modules, then group those modules together in one workbook or Access DB so I can go to it when I'm after something I did a while back. Maybe this is worth a go...
