Hi
Can some help with this time formula

if Cell A contain Arrival date ant time 01/02/202012:00am and Cell B=01/02/2020 11:00 contain passed Manifest date & time , C 01/02/2020 11:15am contain Permission Granted, formula to find time different

i also need a help to solve this

A target time is giving for a task which start from 07:00am 12:00am for each working days to pass a manifest as normal sent, and any paper work passed after from 12:00pm till the next day 06:59 will be as urgent. and on weekend for only Fridays and Saturdays to be consider as urgent in regardless of any time .

can any one help with this formula
