I have userform with label1 which displays the current date on loading.
Me.label1.Text = Format(Date, "dd/mm/yyyy")
this date is captured in cell A1 on click of a button. It is correctly displayed in the userform while running.

My problem is that the date is entered in the cell A1 in mm/dd/yyyy format. But I need dd/mm/yyyy. How to get it right. The A1 cell is formatted to the correct date format.

How about
VBA Code:
With Range("A1")
   .Value = CLng(CDate(Me.Label1))
   .NumberFormat = "dd/mm/yyyy"
End With

I mentioned cell A1 as Reference only. Actually the userform is intended for data entry to create a database. On clicking the button, the date gets added on in the next empty cell in column A.

Just modify your code to input the date as I showed.
