Date formating?

I have a cell with the start date for an employee and then today's date, and I am trying to determine in another cell hoe long the employee has worked in years, but I can't make this happen. Any ideas??

Try

=DATEDIF(A1,TODAY(),"y")

where A1 has the start date.

How about:

=(B1-A1)/365

Where A1 is the start date and B1 is Today.
