If I want date to be current and time constant how to do it for ex:
in A1 want display of 8/23/13 8:00 next day when I open excel A1 should display 8/24/13 8:00

so my date is dynamic but time is static.

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
you mean format?

=MONTH(TODAY())&"/"&DAY(TODAY())&"/"&YEAR(TODAY()) &" 8:00"
