If I have to register the Date picker on my device, and a co-worker doesn't have it Date Picker or the registry item on THEIR workstation, will the function be void/unable to be used?

Don't want to do the effort just for it to fail in my face. Thanks in advance!

Due to the network, I can't install things locally due to admin restrictions.
