Dates: Calculating Week Days only

Hi Everyone,

I need a little help. I am trying to calculate a range of dates, for example 1014/05 to 10/28/05. I know the formula for this is =DAYS360(Range). But I want to take it a step formula and only calculate the weekdays in this range.

Can anyone help me in this.

Still based on 12 30-day months, as in DAYS360? Or based on real-life actual dates for real months?
