DAX Date questions

I'm trying to create a calculated column in a powerpivot source table that checks if a date is within the past X days.
The date column is in this format:

4/4/2013 12:00:00 AM I want to check if that date is within the past X days and if so, then the column will have a text value of "Yes" if it's older then "No". I was trying the DATEADD DAX function but keep getting errors...

Got it - I was over complicating it...

=IF([LAST-BU_DATE]>(TODAY()-30),"Yes","No")
