DAX (Filter Higher Percentage of each product and its Class)

Hi Team,
The aim is to check higher percentage of each SKU from (% RT Cummul) columns which is derived from DAX measure, & class by condi is calculated condition column.

I have tried RANKX , MAX formulas but not giving me correct result.
