I am working with a program where I need someone to enter the amount $100.00 but when inputting the amount for data entry $100.00 = 10000
Is there a formula that can be used to convert what is needed for input into another cell?

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Just multiply by 100 and format as a number with 0 decimals, i.e.
Excel Formula:
=E2*100
