I am looking for a way to choose option and have excel put together a command. Choose a MFG, a model number, a firmware and what needs updated such as password or enable web UI and have excel reference a data base to grab different commands and concat them together into something. Would a decision tree be best for this or is there another way?

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
do not use the Msoft decision tree control. It's no longer supported. I'm having problems with it on old pc's getting upgraded.
I'd use cascading combo boxes.
