In excel when selecting cells, by default that particular cell combination at row & column background colour reflects as Gray. I want to change that highlight colour of gray. How i can change the same. Am using Microsoft Office 365

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
As far as I know, that is not possible.
