Hi I seem to have lost the default menus in excel, I have a rota which shows and hide the default menus on opening and exiting, which works fine. it restores the menus on closing so when you open a blank workbook the menus are there. how ever some of my colleages have lost there menus after accessing the rota. I am baffeled any help on how to restore the menus would be gratefully appreciated.

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Try a reset:

Toolbars tab / Worksheet menu bar

Click the reset button
