I am currently using Excel 2016 and it happens to me when I create a new tab in particular workbooks (not all), the default number format will become date rather than general. I see an old thread here with similar issue but the solution no longer works for Excel 2016. It is honestly painful as I need to change number format every time and this workbook is bulit with VBA.
Is there a way to fix or I would have to rebuild the whole workbook?
