Delete cell contents

I am using the following to trigger an email when a cell is clicked. The cell is in column AO. There is a similar trigger in column AP.

Once the email has been triggered, i want the hyperlink cleared (i.e. the cell content removed) and replaced with "Email sent".

Can anyone help with a solution, Thanks
