Hi All

I'm working a new spreadsheet to look after the departments holidays, I've thought of something I would like to include but don't really know where to start...

The data is set out like the above, the same three columns for Agent, Shift and Hours are repeated a total of 10 times (no more than ten people off at once).

What I would like to happen is that if I deleted Donald Duck from the spreadsheet by selecting his name and pressing the 'Del' key, I would like the 2 related cells in L & M to also be deleted, then whatever data is in the right hand cells to be moved down, removing the gap that would be created.

I am aware that warning message boxes need to be included, and a couple of other bits and pieces, but I know how to do that bit, its just this first bit I'm not sure about.

Can anyone help me with the starting point?

Thanks in advance :)

Jazz
