Delete PowerQuery Cache?

I have never installed PowerBI on this machine, but I have a 4GB PowerQuery Cache. Apparently it was created in March and accessed in July; I can't think of any major Excel manipulations I've done in the last six months. (When you're writing a book, you don't crunch as many tables, which is nice!)

I presume I can delete this - anyone have any ideas on how I can tie it back and figure out what it's attached to, before I do?

Thanks!
