I need to be able to replace a protected sheet in a shared workbook using code.

Is there any way to do this without un-shareing the workbook???

Here is current code......

Windows("STATUS45.XLS").Activate
Sheets("EXPEDITE").Select
Sheets("EXPEDITE").Copy AFTER:=Workbooks("STATUS4.XLS").Sheets(6)
