Deleting External Links

I have some workbooks that have links (probably some type of Macro or something), that I want to delete. But under Edit - Links that option is not available. How to I delete these, or, at least, determine where they are? In the particular workbook, it is only 3 sheets, so I was able to do through it thoroughly and do not see these links.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
