desktop shotcut for macro

Is it possible to create a desktop shortcut for excel macros.

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Why not create a workbook with a Workbook_Open() macro that calls the macros you want to run, then put a shortcut to that book on your desktop?
