Have 2 respondents (QA and BPA ) scorecards with 25 columns and 16 elements to score example with 7, 4 and 0 as possible scores. How can I get a count that gives me the number of matches, higher and lower than 7? <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
CACall 1BPACall1 QACall2
Friendly 7 4 0

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
I am not quite certain we are completely clear on your question, but perhaps the COUNTIF formula is what you are looking for (check out the COUNTIF function in Excel's built-in help files).
