Hi

I bought the Macros and VBA book recently which promises an explanation of the differences between Mac and PC VBA/Macros at a particular URL. When you visit that link there is nothing (that I can see) to explain the differences.

Is this available elsewhere?

Thanks

Andy

Excel Facts

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
I don't have a link but have found the main difference to be that the Mac does not support ActiveX controls (userforms, buttons, listboxes). The Mac also uses the 1904 date system (PC uses 1900 date system) so ported dates will be off by 4 years. I believe I have had trouble in the past with some unsupported VBA functions. REPLACE comes to mind. I have also had trouble using common VBA code to fomat cells with/without leading zeros. I also have to be more specific with paths to retain focus.
