Disable UDF while macro is running

I figured "Application.EnableEvents = False" would keep a UDF from running, but it is not. I would like to keep a user defined function from evaluating while macro is running.

Set calculation to manual.

You could set calculation to manual, or disable calculation on the worksheet where they appear:

Application.Calculation = xlCalculationManual
' or
Worksheets("Sheet1").EnableCalculation = False

... but either of those may have consequences beyond what you intend.
