Is it possible to display a progress bar while my excel files saves? I have a large workbook and I when a user selects a button to return them to the main page, the workbook automatically saves. As the file is big, (10.5 MB) it takes a few seconds to complete the save. It would be nice to have a simple progress bar appear to track the save status, and disappear when the file is ready to receive another command.

Any guidance is much appreciated.

Robert

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Excel puts a progress meter for saves in the status bar.
