Do Until While Loop

I have tried to find info on the topic of DO UNTIL or LOOP or WHILE here on this site. The help file with Excel doesn't help much.

Can someone give me an example? I am trying to work it into my other code problem, which is also posted on this site in the last twenty minutes or so.
