Double condition formula formatting

Hi all,

im trying to autoformat a columns based on three conditions using a formula;

what I want is if:

Column "A" is ="Pending" and column "C" is =>today() and column "D"="Post dated" then format Column "B"

tried using below but didn't work

=AND(TODAY()=>C2,D2="Post dated",A2="PENDING")

will appreciate the help

=AND($A1="Pending",$C1=TODAY(),$D1="Post dated")

When you applied the range start from Row No.1 . A1 or B1 Or C1 etc

=AND($A1="Pending",$C1=>TODAY(),$D1="Post dated")
