# Double if statement - Simple i think?

Hi i have the below - i want colum B to do the following = IF A1 is False the show "-" and also if the prevoius cell in row A is False then show No (example if A1 is False B2 is No

 False - 0 No False - 0 No 0 - 0 - False - - No

HI Guys the data is in row J2 onwards and the formula will be in K2 onwards - How would I rearrange this formula - I have changed the cells but it doesn't seem to work?
