There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN

Use the power query from web option and use this URL instead: https://data.cms.gov/resource/h886-e5zp.json

I found this by going to the URL in your original post and clicking: Export > SODA API > API Endpoint.

You'll then need to convert the list of records into a table in power query via Transform > Convert > To Table, and then expand the new column.

Download complete txt file : https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive/share/WrQfnjhCjdlokqmYaHMbMuw72naixV9P1EOxOkq44RL

Open with NOTEPAD, copy all, then paste into Excel. It will auto separate into the three columns. Go to last row on sheet, note number / physician name ...
then search for that in NOTEPAD. Copy every AFTER that name .. then paste those into the second sheet of Excel.
