Hi everyone,

I'm currently facing a challenge managing multiple files that share a common drop-down list, which I need to update regularly. My approach so far has been to use Power Query, which has proven effective on PC. However, when attempting to open the files on a Mac, when enabling content (load query), I get a [DataSource.Error] error.

I'm curious if anyone has a similar issue and, if so, if you've found alternative solutions for achieving a dynamic drop-down list sourced from a central file, which would work on mac and pc.
As you might have noticed, I'm trying to avoid the "Refresh" option when opening the (multiples) files

Your insights and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Best
RB
