Duplicate cell contents problem

I have a excel file as shown in the image I the contents of col B,C and D manually copied the downside, I need a formula which is do it automatically please

Kindly need solution for the error in Post#3
Although Power Query can easily do this, I am not sure you will get what you want out of it.
If instead of pasting the data in you actually used Power Query to get the data then it would be of more benefit. (Or get it to do additional work such as look ups or date calculations)
Power Query is going to create a new table with Headings Column 1, Column 2 etc to Column 8.
You can of course add column headings to the initial data or add them in the PQ query

In what you are showing in post #3 where is the additional text on line 3 coming from ? It is not in what arthur posted and is most likely what is causing the error.

Thanks a lot Sir for your reply, I am giving the answer very late due to some holidays
In Post#3 I used the other excel file and and post#7 i used other file Day-off statement jan-2024 because I have some doubt so i put the power query editor on the other file like this snapshots;

After this it is show like this and not filled down the contents, while I want to filled down the contents like reply in post#2

What I would do,
• Delete filled down AND Promoted headers
• Home > Remove Rows > Top Rows > 1
• Promote headers
• Select the first 4 columns (Sr# to Designation)
• Transform > Fill > Down
• Close & Load

Then let us know where you want to go from there.
