I have a column of start and end times. I need to get the duration based on product and shift. All in separate columns

Tried that. Didn't work.

Why can't you just copy and paste out of Excel like this and explain better what you want.

One key to getting assistance is making it easy for people to help you. Remember, this is an all-volunteer board, no one is here getting paid to do this. So very few people would be willing to re-type your all your data on their side.

If you are unable to use the XL2BB tool, there are other ways to share your data so that people can easily copy/paste it, as Scott mentions above. It might not be the "prettiest" option, but it will allow people to easily copy/paste the data in a useable format.

Some people will also upload files to file sharing sites and provide links so that people can download them.
However, just note that there are two schools of thought on that. Many people like that, but also many people cannot (or will not) download files from the internet, due to security concerns or company policy.
