Dynamic Charts - Do I still need to "Format Axis"

I have set up a Dynamic Chart.
Created my Defined Names
Updated the Series data to contain the Names rather than specific cell reference.
I still had to right click on the XAxis - Select Format Axis, Go to the Scale Tab and increase my date range. It was at 3/1/2004. I added data to my data source that went beyond 3/1, but my chart didn't expand the X axis out that far...

More specific details if you need:
__________________________
WeekOF = OFFSET('Weekly Sppt Metrics'!$P$2,0,0,1,COUNTA('Weekly Sppt Metrics'!$2:$2))
To get my X Axis titles which are in Row 2, starting at Column P.

WeeklyAPP = OFFSET('Weekly Sppt Metrics'!$P$22,0,0,1,COUNTA('Weekly Sppt Metrics'!$22:$22))

This is to get me everything in row 22, starting at column P, for as far out as my data goes

On the Graph:
=SERIES('Weekly Sppt Metrics'!$A$22,'Weekly Support Metrics ao 03-01-2004 TMP.xls'!WeekOF,'Weekly Support Metrics ao 03-01-2004 TMP.xls'!WeeklyAPP,1)

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.

Re: Dynamic Charts - Do I still need to "Format Axis&qu

Figured it out...

Needed to check the box next to MAX Date on the "Scale" tab of the Format Axis box.
Now it auto expands for me.
