Dynamic Hyperlink

Forgive me if this has already been asked, but I could not find an answer. I found many threads on Dynamic Hyperlinks, but not ones with this issue.

I'm hopeful this has a simple solution. I need to create a dynamic hyperlink.
Sheet 1
Column A1 = 3/0/1
Column A2 = 3/0/2

Sheet 2
Column C3 = 3/0/1
Column D3 = 3/0/2

Now, creating a link on Sheet 2 to the appropriate cell in Sheet 1 (A1 for example) is easy. Thing is, Sheet 1 has the potential to be sorted by Column A, thus changing where the data is. So I need the link dynamic. I need it to find "3/0/1" whether it's in column A1 or A77.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Guess I should have looked a little harder. I found this post that answered my question for the most part.

In that example, the hyperlink is outside the cell, references the "main" cell, and hyperlinks to another sheet. I want the link IN the cell, not outside the cell. But how do I do that since this formula uses that other cell as a reference?

In my example above and using the formula from that link, the formula would be in another cell and would be =HYPERLINK("#"&"'sheet1'!A"&MATCH(C3,Sheet1!A:A,0),"link to "&C3). I don't want the C3 reference. I want the formula to be IN C3.
