Dynamically change chart value lookup range

In one of my charts I have a data series where the reference is currently as follows:

=Data!$B$30:$T$30

However when I select a different date in Cell B3 I would like this range to change so it calls up the information based on the date I have selected.

I was hoping I could enter the following formula in the source data 'value' field however it does not appear to work:

="Data!$B$"&MATCH(B3,Data!A:A)&":$T$"&MATCH(B3,Data!A:A)

Is anyone able to help?

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
